This Lam Research
plasma etcher is used surplus which came from a World Class
Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Known for keeping its tools well
maintained. It was removed from service this year 2008. The physical
condition is very good and very clean, but there are signs of wear and
there is some process residue in the exhaust port see picture. It
includes transfer arms, gas modules, power supplies, cover panels, and a
Lam ENI RF generator cart, temperature control unit, pumps, power
box, and various cables. It is a complete tool except there pumps not
included. The etcher is in process of being tested.
Note: We will have another Lam 4420 poly tool etcher in stock soon.
